Randi Jo Williams
Director of Development
As Director of Development Randi is responsible for the Bartlesville Symphony Orchestra’s planning, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s development – specifically in efforts of donor relationships and cultivation. She works closely with the Operations Director to ensure that the organization is effectively using contributions and meeting our donor’s and community’s expectations.
Randi originates from Midland, Texas where she served as the Membership Director for over 8 years for a local PBS television station. She has resided in Bartlesville for three years and is currently entering her last year at Oklahoma Wesleyan University to obtain her bachelor’s in Ministry and Leadership.
Randi Williams and her husband Devin have two children, Raiden and Kingston.
Molly L. Collins
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Molly is responsible for much of the day to day operating needs of the Bartlesville Symphony Orchestra. Although, often behind the scenes, Molly makes a great impact – from being the first face many of our guest arts see to the compiling the history of 60 years of BSO history. She works closely with the Development Director in implementing projects, as well as with the Maestro for concert needs and execution.
Molly originates from Whitefish, Montana. Molly has a Master in Public Administration. She most recently served as a grant writer for Corning Community College in Corning, New York. She also was the Student Involvement Assistant Director at the University of Montana for several years, and served as Program Director for several years at Montana Campus Connect. With Molly’s vast experience in the not for profit sector she is a great asset to the BSO family.
Molly has resided in Bartlesville for 4 years with her husband Raj and son Arjun.
